The object of this tender is the "Construction of 2 Affordable Collective Housing Buildings, Urbanization of Quinta da Carapalha, Lots 494 and 495 in Castelo Branco - PROJECT ELABORATION", in accordance with the technical clauses described in part II of the Tender Documents.
It is required the preparation of the Architectural and Specialty Projects, for the Construction of 2 Collective Housing Buildings (at Affordable Costs), lots 494 and 495, located in the Urbanization of Quinta da Carapalha in Castelo Branco, according to the objectives and requirements contained in the documents presented in the annex: Preliminary Program, Technical Conditions and under the terms of the legislation in force.
The construction of these 2 buildings aims to place a significant supply of affordable rental housing on the real estate market and, at the same time, ensure a quick response to the housing needs of this area.
The preparation of the project must comply with the provisions of Ordinance No. 255/2023, of August 7, for the purposes provided for in Law No. 31/2009, of July 3, amended and republished by Law No. 40/2015, of June 1.
