1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer, multimedia and electronic equipment based on the project "Modernization of vocational education infrastructure in the Opole poviat" together with their transport, bringing, setting up, connecting, configuring and launching in places indicated by the Employer.

2. Employer in accordance with art. 36aa section 1 of the Act allows partial bids, divided into 3 parts, as specified in section II.2.

3. A detailed specification of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

4. Provision of technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract for a given lot, training of personnel in the scope of operating equipment and software.

5. Providing quality guarantee.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:

a) portable computer - 4 items;

b) multimedia projector - 4 items;

c) multimedia set - 1 set;

d) a set of computer programs for running a horticultural farm - 1 set;

e) a set preparing students for the state driving license exam category - 1 set;

f) TV set - 1 item,

g) multimedia set for hotel room (hotel reception) - 1 set;

h) a set of technical equipment of a hotel workshop (hotel reception) - 1 set;

i) educational kit for hotel rooms - 1 set;

j) educational set for gastronomy and hairdressing studio - 2 sets;

k) interactive whiteboard with a short focus projector - set;

l) desktop computer with software - 6 sets;

m) licensed versions of the software for all positions or free programs available on the Internet for creating computer graphics and hair selection programs;

n) camera - 1 set, to the extent specified in Annex 1a to the ToR with their transport, bringing, setting up, connecting, configuring and starting up in places indicated by the Employer;

(f) training of personnel in the use of hardware and software;

g) providing, together with the order, the instructions required for operating the Polish language;

h) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract;

i) quality guarantee granted for a period compliant with § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty; confirmed by separate warranty documents.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:

a) plotter - 1 item;

b) computer with monitor - 15 sets;

c) computer with monitor - 19 sets;

d) didactic software for programming numerically controlled machine tools in turning and milling as well as for creating CAD / CAM drawings and processing drawings into machine programs for lathes and milling machines - 1 item;

e) numerically controlled milling machine, min. in 3 axes with a set of equipment - manufacturing technician position on numerically controlled machine tools - 1 set

on the parameters set out in Annex 1b to the ToR, together with their transport, bringing, setting, connecting, configuring and starting up in the places indicated by the Employer;

(f) training of personnel in the use of hardware and software;

g) providing, together with the order, the instructions required for operating the Polish language;

h) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract;

i) quality guarantee granted for a period compliant with § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:

a) peripheral devices together with a set for diagnosing damages and repairs of peripheral devices - 1 set;

b) a bench set for configuring local area networks - 6 sets

on the parameters set out in Annex 1c to the ToR, together with their transport, bringing, setting, connecting, configuring and starting up in the places indicated by the Employer;

c) staff training in the use of hardware and software;

d) providing, together with the order, the instruction required for operating the Polish language;

e) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract;

f) a quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with the content of § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents.
