The tender area concerns the recruitment of a specialist role. A specialist role refers to a person with competence in one or more subject areas and who requires special prior knowledge and/or experience. The selection of candidates for these roles is considered by SKR to be small, which may mean that it is more difficult to find candidates but also more difficult to attract candidates as well as to recruit candidates in this tender area.
The tender area refers to the recruitment of a manager. Manager refers to someone who represents the employer, leads and distributes the work, and has operational, budget and personnel responsibilities. The managerial role at SKR often involves leading specialists, being a representative of SKR as an organization externally and being close to SKR's political management.
The tender area other roles refers to the recruitment of a person who possesses skills that many in the market possess. These roles are common in the market and candidates are usually actively seeking in-demand positions.
