The call for tenders concerns the contract for:

Framework Agreement for the Supply of Bicycle and Pedestrian Data; measured with roadside bound intake.

The collection must be carried out by means of location-based equipment such as cameras or detection loops. Non-location-based collection such as collection via apps does not fall within this scope.

NDW has opted for the open procedure for the following reasons:

• the aim is to enter into a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Bicycle and Pedestrian Data with all suppliers who meet the set exclusion grounds, minimum requirements and suitability requirements for the award;

• the registration burden for participation in the Framework Agreement for the Supply of Bicycle and Pedestrian Data for the market is limited.

Maximum value ROK is € 7.000.000,00.
