In this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain offers for the delivery of interpreting services divided into 2 sub-agreements.
The task is primarily to offer interpreting assistance through examination, verification, case handling, interviews and written translations.
As a rule, the interpretations will take place at the asylum centers in the Red Cross asylum department.
The following interpretation services are covered by the offer:
- Attendance interpretation,
- Video interpretation,
- Written translation,
- Telephone interpretation.
Sign language interpretation is not included in the offer.
The client estimates that there are approximately 13 000 interpreters in the Red Cross asylum department annually. Ca. 65% of the interpreters are estimated to be made under Part 1 - Zealand with islands and approx. 35% of the interpreters are estimated to be made under Part 2 - Jutland and Funen with islands.
