Form of the framework agreement (see Article 2-1 of the Consultation Rules): this consultation will lead to the establishment of a framework agreement with single-holder purchase orders. Pursuant to Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum or maximum amount.
