The municipality of Bunnik is looking for a civil project leader to supervise various major projects in the municipality of Bunnik. The project leader is responsible for preparation, decision-making and implementation of large-scale and/or complex projects in public space.

The project leader's activities include:

1. Managing an integral project team, management assistant and supervisor and third parties such as contractor, engineering firms and other external parties.

2. Maintaining a relationship with the delegated client including progress reports, lecture

proposals and council proposals.

3. Maintaining a relationship with the alderman concerned.

4. Working on cooperation internally/externally.

5. Get sharp, keep and transparently change project scope/assignment.

6. Providing strategic project communication.

7. Coordinating grant applications and accountability for them.

8. Checking compliance with agreements from participation processes in the project implementation.

9. Commitment to the application of climate adaptive measures in the project.

10. Taking care of and internal/external project communication.

11. Organizing, chairing steering committee, construction meeting contractor and consultation cables and pipes

including reporting.

12. Monitoring the project scope and control.

13. Operational management of the team.

14. Taking care of the connection between organizational interest and project interest.
