The Framework Agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.Each lot will be awarded separately. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount of 36,000,000 euros excluding all lots and any renewal periods included. This maximum amount is provided to deal with particularly severe weather. The estimated value indicated under the heading “Quantity or extent” is annual and without obligation on the part of the Department. It includes all lots.The services, subject of this framework agreement, concern work in recovery of bad weather damage, routine maintenance and repairs on departmental roads.From time to time, this framework agreement may be used on the non-road public domain of the Rhône department (Departmental parking, colleges, sites departmental)
