1. The object of the order is the development of the project documentation together with the performance of the role of copyright supervision during the implementation of the Investment in real estate in Rzeszów BC. “Renovation of the building in the field of carpeting in the indicated rooms, replacing windows and doors, renovation of bathrooms, painting interior walls and facades of the building and the warming of the ceiling in the garage with accompanying works — in the FSUSR facility in Rzeszów at 7 J. Słacki Street.
2. The property is owned by FSUSR.
3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the PPU.
4. The Contractor shall ensure the proper implementation of the designers of the relevant industries, i.e. in the construction and construction, electrical and sanitation industries.
1. The implementation of the order consists of 2 stages:
Phase I - execution of the design documentation, together with obtaining, respectively - final building permits or certificates of failure to object to the performance of construction works,
Phase II - supervision during the implementation of the investment, with the Ordering Party anticipating that this will occur within a period of not more than 24 months from the date of acceptance of the project documentation.
whereby the following deadlines are envisaged for the implementation of Stage I:
1) execution of design documentation - up to 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
then:
2) obtaining, accordingly - final building permits or certificates of failure to object to the performance of construction works:
decision of the construction permit - within 79 days from the date of submission of the application. This period includes a statutory period of 65 days for the authorisation by the competent authority and 14 days for the appeal to be lodged. The Contractor shall, as soon as the decision has been authorised, communicate to the Contracting Authority a decision together with a set of design documentation with a stamped construction project;
notification of construction works not requiring a construction permit — within 21 days of the notification to the competent authority of intent to carry out construction works without obtaining a construction permit. The Contractor shall, without delay, transmit a set of design documentation to the Contracting Authority, together with a copy of the application submitted to the competent authority confirmed by a stamp of impact or a certificate of no grounds for objection issued by the competent authority.
in the event that construction works covered by the documentation do not require obtaining a construction permit or notification of works that do not require a construction permit, the Contractor shall promptly forward a set of design documentation to the Contracting Authority, together with the position of the competent authority, or own statement in this regard.
