The subject of the contract is the management of waste from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) and from pharmacies and pharmacy points located in the capital city of Warsaw in the planned maximum amount of 4,900 Mg divided into tasks
as follows:
Task 1 (1) - Management of waste from PSZOK in the maximum planned amount of 350 Mg,
Task 2 (4) - Management of waste from PSZOK in the maximum planned amount of 350 Mg,
Task 3 (5) - Management of waste from PSZOK in the maximum planned amount of 4 000 Mg,
Task 4 - Management of waste from pharmacies and pharmacy outlets in the maximum planned amount of 200 Mg,
In accordance with the requirements set out in the SWZ.
Task 1 (1) - Management of waste from PSZOK in the maximum planned amount of 350 Mg1. The subject of the contract is the management of waste from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) located in the capital city of Warsaw, in the maximum planned amount of 350 Mg,
2. The contract covers the management of the following types of waste:
- 15 01 01 (Paper and cardboard packaging) in the estimated amount of waste to be managed: 240 Mg,
- 15 01 06 (Mixed packaging waste) in the estimated amount of waste to be managed: 30 Mg,
- 15 01 07 (Glass packaging) in the estimated amount of waste to be managed: 80 Mg.

The Contracting Authority reserves that the mass of individual types of waste envisaged for management indicated above is only estimates and may not constitute the basis for any claims of the Contractor.
Task 2 (4) - Management of waste from PSZOK in the maximum planned amount of 350 Mg1. The subject of the contract is the management of waste from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) located in the capital city of Warsaw, in the maximum planned amount of 350 Mg,
2. The contract covers the management of waste classified under code 16 01 03 - used tyres.

Task 3 (5) - Management of waste from PSZOK in the maximum planned amount of 4000 Mg1. The subject of the contract is the management of waste from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) located in the capital city of Warsaw, in the maximum planned amount of 4000 Mg,
The contract covers the management of the following types of waste:
- 17 01 01 (Concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and renovations) in the estimated amount of waste to be managed: 50 Mg,
- 17 01 02 (Brick rubble) in the estimated amount of waste to be managed: 20 Mg,
- 17 01 07 (Mixed waste of concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramics and fittings, other than those mentioned in 17 01 06) in the estimated amount of waste to be managed: 3930 Mg.

2. The contract covers the management of waste classified under code 20 01 32 - medicines other than those mentioned in 20 01 31, in the estimated amount of waste to be managed: 200 Mg,
