The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total estimated volume of 1831.066 MWh. The Ordering Party declares that this is a forecast of energy consumption, which during the performance of the subject of the contract may be increased or decreased (+/-20%). Electricity will be supplied for the needs of: premises and facilities as well as road lighting. Distribution services are provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the Ordering Parties (recipients/payers) and the distribution system operator (DSO): ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.

The contracting authorities described in Section I of the notice jointly conduct the public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law). The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the most advantageous offer is the Municipality of Nowa Wieś Wielka. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.11.2023 to 31.10.2024 up to 194 consumption points with a total estimated volume (+/-20%) 1831.066 MWh, of which: for premises and facilities 1359.311 MWh, for the needs of road lighting 471.755 MWh. Electricity quality standards are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819).
