The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of an automated test stand for a switchable fuel cell and electrolysis system (UBES).

For the investigation and analysis of UBES, HLT intends to acquire a test tandem with corresponding specifications.

The object of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of an automated test stand that enables the investigation of switchable fuel cell and electrolysis systems.

For the HyReflexs project, HSU intends to purchase and operate a test sand to investigate sector coupling (electricity and gas) using hydrogen based fuel cells and electrolysers.

A maximum budget of EUR 1,176,470.59 (net) is available to HLT for the procurement of the test stand. HLT reserves the right to exclude the offer if the offer price exceeds this cost limit. The test rig for a switchable fuel and electrolysis system must be supplied, installed and commissioned by the contractor. Furthermore, maintenance and training services are entrusted to the contractor.
