Supply of office supplies for 34. Military Economic Branch and units being supplied – order divided into 9 parts

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of office and stationery items.

2. The place of delivery is the warehouse of the training security section located in Rzeszów, 22 Dąbrowskiego Street.

3. Delivery costs, in particular loading and unloading of goods, shall be charged to the Contractor.

4. The delivery should be made on the working days of the Ordering Party from Monday to Friday (on working days) from 8:00 to 14:00.

5. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following 9 parts:

1. Lot No 1: Supply of stationery;

2. Lot No 2: Supply of stationery;

3. Lot No 3: Supply of office supplies;

4) Part No. 4: Delivery of envelopes;

5) Part No. 5: Delivery of calendars;

6) Lot No 6: Supply of materials for binding, laminating;

7) Lot No. 7: Supply of materials for the storage of documentation;

8) Part No. 8: Delivery of boards, easels;

9) Lot No 9: Supply of office equipment.

Supply of stationery

1. Part No. 1: Delivery Delivery of Stationery;

2. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of office and stationery items.

3. The place of delivery is the warehouse of the training security section located in Rzeszów, 22 Dąbrowskiego Street.

4. Delivery costs, in particular loading and unloading of goods, shall be charged to the Contractor.

5. The delivery should be made on the working days of the Ordering Party from Monday to Friday (on working days) from 8:00 to 14:00.

6. Detailed quantitative specification, detailed description of the subject of the Order are specified in attachments no.:

1) 1A to SWZ – concerning part no. 1 – This attachment is also a form for calculating the offer price.

7. An integral part of the description of the subject of the contract are the draft contractual provisions (Annex 5 to the SWZ).

8. The Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent bids to be submitted. In cases where in the description of the subject of the contract included in paragraph 6, trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process characterizing specific products or services have been indicated, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract with sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract. In such situations, any reference to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process should be read with the words 'or equivalent'.

Supply of stationery
