The object of the acquisition is property maintenance services for properties owned and managed by Sivakka (hereinafter also the client) in the Oulu area.
Work on property maintenance sites in accordance with the contract must begin on 1.11.2023
The acquisition concerns property maintenance contracts for approximately 39 properties. The client companies are Oulun Sivakka Oy, Sivakka-Yhtymä Oy and Oulun Tervatalot Oy. The contract is concluded separately with each company.
The client has dimensioned the properties subject to the invitation to tender for five area maintenance personnel/property managers. Through experience, the client has formed an idea of the amount of work with which the quality level described in this invitation to tender and the work performed specified in the maintenance work instructions are realised in the properties.

In this case, when assessing the eligibility of the tender, the customer may reject the tender or tenders as not complying with the invitation to tender. When tenders are processed, the basic working hours of one employee are considered to be approximately 160 hours per month. The customer uses the Tampuuri ERP system. The client opens the tendering process to those interested in the procurement
access to the ERP system for the properties involved in the procurement. Em. this information will be available to tenderers in Tampuuri no later than 21.7.2023. Property-specific maintenance work instructions and other basic information must be retrieved from Tampuuri by the deadline for submitting tenders.
