From public schools, day care centers, day nurseries and urban day care centers, catering waste must be disposed of properly.

By providing lockable large capacity (MGB) containers i. H. v. 120 liters and 240 liters shall be collected, transported and disposed of properly by the contractor (AN) through a container exchange of the filled MGB. Alternatively, the AN can lock MGB with a capacity i. H. v. Provide 120 liters and 240 liters and appropriate hygiene bags. The food waste contained therein must be collected, transported and supplied to a proper recycling.
