1. The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness of external areas located around the buildings of the Medical University of Lublin together with car parks (hereinafter referred to as: "the subject of the contract").
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ – "Description of the subject of the contract".
3. This procedure shall be carried out in the unrestricted tender procedure referred to in Article 132 of the Pzp Act with a contract value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds established pursuant to Article 3 of the Pzp Act.
4. The contracting authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PPL.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
