MAVImplant is a 3D construction tool for a virtual workplace model. It helps its user (craftsman for example) to arrange its spaces, the positioning of its equipment, the organization of the building, so as to optimize its working tool while taking into account the good practices of the prevention of occupational risks.

- Bakery-Pastry-Glacery (BPG),

- Car Maintenance and Repair (ERA),

- Hotel-Coffee-Catering (HCR),

- Logistics warehouses (LOG).

Its use meets a success that is confirmed over time (for each profession, about 1000 sessions per month, 50 "live" projects and 40 new users).

This 1 re phase of the project confirms its interest and scope. His pursuit requires developing a new version.

Award of an intellectual services services contract for the study and development of version 2, the MAVImplant software, designated by "MAVImplant 2", as well as the performance of third-party maintenance services (operating and application ) of the software.

This market consists of a single lot. It is in the form of a tranche market, in accordance with the stipulations of the Cahier des clauses administratifs (CCA).

The contracting authority chooses not to allot this market. Indeed, technically and economically, it appears that the development of MAVImplant 2, as well as the necessary services of third-party maintenance throughout the life of the software, must be carried out by the operator who performed the services of study and development of this tool.
