The framework agreement is for assistance for follow-up of social and environmental requirements in supplier chains for goods. The contract shall also include assistance for building-up systems and routines that shall support actual follow-up measures. The scope of the measure can include risk assessment for planning tender contests and implementing contracts, documentation review, follow-up meetings and reviews.

In addition to Oslo municipality, approx. 180 municipalities/municipal companies, counties, ministries and government departments have joined the contract by submitting affiliation declarations.

It is extremely uncertain what the scope of the requested services will be. It is estimated that there will be 10 — 30 call-offs of various sizes during the first year of the contract, but that the scope will increase thereafter. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the contracting authority.

Framework agreements will be entered into with 3 to 5 tenderers.
