Entrustment of services related to the SAI MSNA Project, concerning the reception and integration of n. 21 unaccompanied foreign male minors aged between 16 and 21 years.

Pursuant to Articles. 4, 34 and 35 of the Guidelines attached to the Ministerial Decree of 18 November 2019, the reception and integration activities to be guaranteed to the beneficiaries of the Project include the following minimum mandatory services: material reception, linguistic-cultural mediation, orientation and access to local services, teaching of the Italian language and school integration for minors, training and professional retraining, orientation and accompaniment to job placement, guidance and accompaniment to housing insertion, orientation and accompaniment to social integration, orientation and legal accompaniment, psycho-socio-health protection, support activities for family custody, full-time and part-time, in line with the individualized educational project of the minor, as an intervention also complementary to the reception in the structure, the services intended to support and accompany the minor towards autonomy. Such services may also include forms of support for housing autonomy. In addition, activities must be carried out that promote a fruitful connection with the voluntary guardians of the minors welcomed in order to ensure the closest collaboration between the institutions involved for the protection of the best interests of minors and services dedicated to minors with particular fragility, such as children victims of trafficking, minors with the need for specialized and prolonged health care, minors with psychological fragility.
