Appraisal, Monitoring and Rapid Assessment Services relating to EEA and Norway Grants 2009-2014 and 2014-2021.

FMO plans to enter into up to 10 Framework Agreements for the provision of Appraisal, Monitoring and Rapid Assessment Services. The Contract will be awarded to the tenderers submitting the most economically advantageous tenders with regard to the set criteria.
