Procurement items

The assignment includes removing and disposing of waste that is located on the property Västerås Kvarnbacka 3:1 north of Skultuna in Västerås municipality (hereinafter referred to as the property) The amount of waste to be transported away is limited by the applicant's budget of SEK 43 million. Waste loaf one (1) is prioritized and should therefore be removed first, then waste loaf two (2), waste loaf four (4) and waste loaf three (3) as far as possible within budget and required permits/notifications.

The scope of the assignment is set out in its entirety in this procurement document, primarily under item 1.9 below and in sections 4.6.2 Scope and 4.6.3 Performance in the terms and conditions of the agreement. Reference is also made to the attached reports for information on the waste composition in the piles (Appendix 1 "report Skultuna 2023-05-30") and the completed risk assessment regarding soil contamination.
