The tendered turnkey contract includes design and execution of renovation and conversion of block B6, block B5, block B3, block B2 and block B1, a total of approx. 55,000 sqm of living areas, including outdoor areas in department 4, Gellerupparken.

The blocks must be constructed and delivered in stages (phases) according to the master schedule attached to the tender documents. Each block forms an independent stage (phase).

The construction works are expected to be planned in the period end May 2024 to end February 2025 and carried out in the 5 stages (phases) in the period March 2025 to end 2029.

In parallel with the execution of stage B6 (phase B6) and the execution of stage B5 (phase B5), after completion of the execution of stages B6 (phase B6), ascendants 66 and 64, an evaluation of the project and a possible redesign of stages B3 (phase B3), stage B2 (phase B2) and stage B1 (phase B1) must be carried out prior to the start of execution of these stages (phases).
