The subject of the contract is payroll management services in accordance with the contract notice and the invitation to tender and its annexes.
It is a joint procurement between the municipalities of Kangasniemi and the municipality of Toivakka (hereinafter also jointly subscribers and single subscriber). The services to be procured are available to all municipalities participating in the joint procurement and their affiliated companies, as well as other companies owned by the municipalities. The contracting entities involved in the joint procurement have authorized the municipality of Kangasniemi to carry out the tendering procedure. Each contracting entity shall make its own procurement decision.
Payroll services, Kangasniemi municipalityPart 1 of the acquisition includes payroll services (hereinafter referred to as the service) for Kangasniemi municipality. The subscriber selects one (1) service provider for 1 part contractor.
The purpose of the acquisition is to outsource the payroll management services provided by the customer as a self-managed business with supporting system services. Procurement does not include the transfer of personnel from the contracting entities to the service provider.
The purpose of the acquisition is to provide the outsourced outsourced payroll management services, which include the flexible comprehensive payroll management services required by an evolving and expanding business, including an HR system for the customer.
Payroll management services include employment management services and payroll accounting and other employer's obligations
Nursing services. Payroll services also include reporting and filing with up-to-date applications required by law, regulation and collective agreements.
The actual contract period is 36 months, during which the contracting entities have the right of termination specified in the draft contract. The aim is for the service agreement to be concluded in May 2020. Immediately after the signing of the agreement, a joint project plan will be drawn up to specify the date of migration of the services and information systems. The service must be available as of 1.8.2020.
The purchase quantities quoted in the invitation to tender are estimates and the contract does not constitute a repurchase obligation for the subscriber. The contract does not grant the service provider the exclusive right to provide the service to the subscriber.
