The subject of this EU announcement is the metalwork facade trade for phase II of the construction project Conversion & renovation of the existing therapy and well-being center in D-08648 Bad Brambach. The other trades will be published in separate announcements.

- F30 facade elements with T30-RS escape doors b/h = approx. 1,635/3,050 mm, including interior and exterior reveal 2 pieces

- F30 facade elements as fixed-glazed exterior window element, b/h = approx. 635/ 2,900 mm, including interior and exterior reveal 3 pcs

- F30 facade elements as fixed-glazed interior window element, b/h = approx. 635/2,900 mm, RW, R 45 dB, including interior and exterior reveal 1 piece

- Replacement mullion-transom facade b/h = approx. 5700/ 470 mm with F30 requirement 1 pc

- Room closure by F90 panel, 30 cm wide, 4 m

- Foiling exterior windows 14 m²

- Retrofit or upgrade opening restrictors 35 pcs

Particularities:

Special measures for construction work in the healing spring reserve (medicinal water protection zones II) are

required. Vehicles, machines and equipment are to be operated on biofuel. hydraulic drives
