PNRR – M5C2 – Investment 2.2. - Integrated urban plans. Assignment of the technical and economic feasibility design aimed at the implementation of the intervention M5C2 - Investment 2.2 - "Integrated Plans for the Metropolitan Network for Knowledge: Greater Bologna" - Railway After Work Park

The service in question consists in the preparation of a master plan project that represents the project idea in its essence and allows to obtain authorization from the Superintendency, also constitutes a guide over time of what is actually to be achieved (in relation to the needs and opportunities and resources gradually actually available) and represents a rough estimate of the costs of the entire intervention divided by possible implementation phases and in the design of technical and economic feasibility concerning:

-restoration / recovery of the Puccini arena (arena for shows and cinema with seasonal activity of annual frequency, expected use 120 days. minimum year);

-restoration / recovery of buildings bound ex D.Lgs. 42 of 2004 called "warehouses and rooms" (ref. Building 1/7);

-seismic vulnerability assessments, investigations, tests on materials and related structural calculations of all the listed buildings in the area and not included in the previous lists (ref. 1/3 - 1/5 - 1/8 - 1/9 - 1/15 and 1/19) including the Octagonal Fountain;

-realization of the new subservices for the entire area highlighted in hatching (defined Area Constrained by MIBAC Decree 2016) with forecasting and sizing for the areas temporarily not covered by this contract.
