The market for the supply of breads, pastries and pastries consists of the supply in 1 place (the entrance of the foodstuffs of the central kitchen accessible from the road of the internal car park) of goods for several different customers all part of the ASBL 'La Maison de Mariemont', namely the central kitchen, the cantous of olive trees, creeks, De l'Estérel, Villarosa, Pleszew, Le Quesnoy and Valéa Lunga, the brewery.

These customers will benefit from a different customer number and will be invoiced separately by the supplier of the supply.

For information, the rest home includes 255 rest and care home beds including 7x15 residents in cantous, 10 places of reception and day care and 72 apartments in serviced residences, 35 convalescent beds.

The list of samples to be delivered on the day of submission of the tender shall be detailed in the specifications.
