The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts for ŠKODA vehicles for the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk.

- SKODA (Annex 1a) to the SWZ marked 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15),

Spare parts supplied must be;

1) brand new and derived from the current catalog of spare parts of the Manufacturer or Contractor,

2) in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 of 27 May 2010 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to categories of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector,

3) marked with international type-approval marks used for the approval of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) -"e" or the European Union "e",

4. marked with the characteristics of the vehicle manufacturer for which a national vehicle type-approval certificate has been issued,

5) free from technical and legal defects, admitted to trading with
