The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, mechanical soil preparation, nursery economy, seed management, hunting and meadow-agricultural economy, to be carried out in the Kobiór Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of mechanical wood, soil preparation, nursery management, seed management, hunting and meadow-agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ,

Package 1 – services in the field of forest management and use in Gostyń forestry

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, mechanical soil preparation, nursery economy, seed management, hunting and meadow-agricultural economy, to be carried out in the Kobiór Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of mechanical wood, soil preparation, nursery management, seed production, hunting and meadow-agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 3.1. A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

Package 10 – services in the field of forest management and use in Żwaków forestry

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.
