The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement for the procurement of road salt for summer and winter maintenance on roads and open spaces that the customers under the contract have an operational responsibility for, with an historical emphasis on the procurement of products for binding dust on gravel roads.

The customers under the contract can have signed separate contracts for summer and/or winter maintenance on roads and open spaces, which also include products for this. The framework agreement signed by RIIK does not oblige customers under the contract to procure road salt when summer and/or winter maintenance is provided by an external supplier.

The total expected value of the procurement over 4 years is estimated to be NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT.

The maximum scope of the procurement is set to NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT.

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e., tenders for the following lots:

- Lot 1: Magnesium chloride

- Lot 2: Calcium chloride
