The subject of the contract is the provision of Service F to the Contracting Entity. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Contracting Authority with Service F, consisting in: transporting Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

1) accept for carriage Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents in the area specified in the Schedule of Service F, constituting Annex 1 to the contract,

2) loading Shipments containing postal Consignments together with sending documents onto the vehicle and placing them in the vehicle,

3) unloading Shipments containing postal Consignments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the time and place specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service F, constituting Annex 1 to the contract.

The Contractor undertakes to provide the Contracting Authority with Service F, consisting in: transporting Shipments containing Postal Consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

1) accept for carriage Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents in the area specified in the Schedule of Service F, constituting Annex 1 to the contract,

2) loading Shipments containing postal Consignments together with sending documents onto the vehicle and placing them in the vehicle,

3) unloading Shipments containing postal Consignments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the time and place specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service F, constituting Annex 1 to the contract.

2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding services to the existing Contractor, under the single-source procurement procedure pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services consistent with the subject of the basic contract.

The scope of the contract will include the maximum number of services (with the right of option), i.e. 19 116 points

1) The model contract will be forwarded to the Contractor together with an invitation to negotiations.

2) Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure.

3) The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall be regulated on principles analogous to the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure

4) Deadline for the completion of the additional order: up to a maximum of 6 months within 3 years from the date of completion of the basic contract.

The scope of the contract will include the maximum number of services (with the right of option), i.e. 17 049 points

1) The model contract will be forwarded to the Contractor together with an invitation to negotiations.

2) Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure.

3) The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall be regulated on principles analogous to the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure

4) Deadline for the completion of the additional order: up to a maximum of 6 months within 3 years from the date of completion of the basic contract.
