Entrustment of engineering and architecture services for the design of technical and economic feasibility of the Ilva area and the possible assignment of the final and executive design for the square of the theatre, the passage in the Magonale wall and the Officina Cilindri
This contract concerns the assignment of engineering and architecture services for the design of technical and economic feasibility of buildings within the state border of the named area former Ilva of the Municipality of Follonica, and the eventual assignment of the definitive and executive design for the theater square, the gap in the agonal wall and the building of the Officina Cilindri inherent in the project of REDEVELOPMENT of the ILVA AREA conducted as part of the Valorization Program aimed at the acquisition of the area by the municipal body in implementation of the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 8.5/2010 (so-called Cultural Federalism).
The Technical and Economic Feasibility Project, covering all the buildings and open spaces indicated in the Synoptic Framework referred to in Annex 2, will also include the Economic and Financial Plan that addresses the economic sustainability of the redevelopment operation as a whole
The final project (optional assignment) concerning the Theatre Square, the passage in the main wall and the building of the Officina Cilindri, will also include the geological report and must also include the prepared to obtain the opinion of the Superintendency of Cultural and Environmental Heritage (constraint pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/04)
The Executive Project (optional assignment) concerning the Theatre Square, the passage in the main wall and the Cilindri Workshop building, will also include the Safety and Coordination Plan, as well as the adequate processes to deposit the project at the competent civil engineering office in anti-seismic matters.
