From 01.01.2023, RSAG AöR has to reassign the recycling of the screen overflow of the composting plants Swisttal-Miel, Sankt Augustin and Gut Müttinghoven.

The total service will be awarded in four lots.

The following quantities are to be taken over and services are to be provided per lot:

Lot 1: Takeover, transport and recycling of the screen overflow from the Swisttal-Miel site

Annual range: 4,000 - 4,750 Mg/a

Lot 2: Takeover, transport and recycling of the screen overflow from the Gut Müttinghoven site

Annual range: 3,000 -3,500 Mg/a

Lot 3: Takeover, transport and recycling of the screen overflow from the Sankt Augustin site

Annual range: 5,000 - 5,500 Mg/a

Lot 4: Takeover, transport and recycling of the screen overflow from the Sankt Augustin site

Annual range: 5,000 - 5,500 Mg/a

Lots 1 to 4:

- Takeover and weighing of the screen overflow at the respective transfer point specified by the client (= composting plant)

- Transport of the taken over sieve overflow to the treatment/recycling plant(s) intended by the contractor

- Utilization of the adopted screen overflow (ASN 190501, 190502, 200203)

- Disposal of impurities contained in the screen overflow

Other framework conditions:

- Open call for tenders for technology

Tenderers can submit offers for one, several or all lots.
