The acquisition includes the demolition of the old property and the construction of two three-storey apartment buildings to be built in its place.

This is a shared contract in which the contractor for civil engineering works acts as the main contractor, the main contractor referred to in the legislation and the contractor responsible for the site's management duties. Plumbing, ventilation and electrical contracts are carried out as side contracts subordinated to the main contract.
