Equipment Acquisition - Software

Lot 1: This lot is intended for the renewal of the software licensing that makes and manages the various backups of the Municipality's systems, in accordance with the technical specifications available on the www.acingov.pt electronic platform.

Lot 2: This lot is intended for the acquisition of cyber-security software that monitors all the equipment of the Municipality in order to perform the detection of incidents and make the integration with the cyber-security team in order to comply with Decree-Law 65. It is also intended for the acquisition of software for the management of mobile equipment that leaves the building, in order to protect the information contained therein, prevent the leakage of personal information and, in case of theft or loss, be able to remove all the information contained therein, in order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, in accordance with the technical specifications made available on the www.acingov.pt electronic platform.

Lot 3: This lot is intended for the acquisition of Office licensing to replace old licenses, licensing of the equipment of lot 1 and licensing of servers and licensing of graphic software for use in the Fábrica da Criatividade, in accordance with the technical specifications available on the electronic platform www.acingov.pt.

Lot 4: This lot is intended for the acquisition of management software for the various perimeter firewalls installed in the datacenters and in all external locations, in order to communicate these locations with the systems installed in the Municipality, in accordance with the technical specifications available on the www.acingov.pt electronic platform.

Lot 5: This lot is intended for the acquisition of software licensing to safeguard the various virtual machines of the municipality and for the management of the equipment made available to the public in the Municipal Library, in accordance with the technical specifications available on the electronic platform www.acingov.pt.
