The object of the contract will be the provision of maintenance services for the air conditioning, electricity (high and low voltage), generator set, plumbing, special machines (guillotine, shredder and cutter), fire prevention, UPS equipment, wiring installation of telephony, public address system, computer cabling, environmental standard improvement in the facilities of all buildings and environmental quality management (listed in the Technical Specification) and in each of them according to the facility available, from the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of the Social Security of Girona for the period from 1.4.2021 to 31.3.2022.
