1. The object of the contract is: the collection, transport and management of waste from Warta Sewage Treatment Plant S.A. at Srebrnej 172/188 Street in Częstochowa through recovery or disposal in the form of dried stabilized municipal sewage sludge in the amount of up to 2 700 Mg (waste code 19 08 05 — stabilized municipal sewage sludge) excluding recovery opportunities under Article 96 of the Waste Act.

2. A detailed description and method of execution of the contract includes the subject of the ordering, annex 1 of the SWZ

1. The object of the contract is: the collection, transport and management of waste from Warta Sewage Treatment Plant S.A. at Srebrnej 172/188 Street in Częstochowa through recovery or disposal in the form of dried stabilized municipal sewage sludge in the amount of up to 2 700 Mg (waste code 19 08 05 — stabilized municipal sewage sludge) excluding recovery opportunities under Article 96 of the Waste Act.

2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority does not have a decision for waste code 19 08 05 (dried stabilised municipal sewage sludge) at the date of announcement of the procedure. The Contracting Authority is in the process of changing the waste code from 19 02 10 (combustible waste) to 19 08 05 (dried stabilized municipal sewage sludge).
