This new procurement procedure for cleaning communal public spaces was initiated following the decision not to award that public contract for specific reasons not resulting from the unsuccessful nature of the procedure.

this contract concerns the execution of cleaning services for public spaces in the municipality of Bailly Romainvilliers.

It consists of the following components:

- Cleaning (washing + mechanical sweeping) of roads and public spaces

- Cleaning and weeding of the forecourt of school groups and the town hall

- collection of waste (greasy paper) on roads and waste bins

- emptying of canisettes

- various performances at the Bpu.

The contract is the subject of a lump sum part and a purchase order part.

The services that will be the subject of purchase orders are not minimum but with an annual maximum of 25,000 euro (H.T.).
