Drammen Eiendom KF invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with the procurement

of cleaning services for purpose-built buildings.

Drammen Eiendom KF (DEKF) invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with the procurement

of cleaning of DEKF's properties (both purpose-built buildings and residences). Each of the municipal districts

varies in size from approx 10 to approx. 60 properties. For this procurement, a contract will be entered into

for cleaning for the following municipal districts:

- Municipal district 3 (Solbergelva, Solbergmoen, Åssiden)

- Municipal district 4 (Rødskog, Gulskogen)

- Municipal district 7 (Grønland, Marienlyst, Brandengen, Tangen)

- Municipal district 9 (Skoger, Åskollen, Nesbygda)

The tenderer must anticipate any change to the property stock when the client buys and sells

properties. New properties/addresses that are added to the agreement must be priced proportionally and based on

the same assumptions as the others. The price will be approved by the contracting authority before cleaning work

begins at a new property/address. The contracting authority is free to choose another tenderer if

the price that is offered cannot be approved.

Access to the drawing basis for the properties:

Drammen Eiendom uses the system CleanPilot, and this where the drawing basis for

the properties can be found. The drawings contain a visual overview of the buildings, area of the rooms and

room types. The tenderer must send a request via Mercell to get login details and a supervisor

to use the system.
