The item of the order is divided into two parts. Part 1 - Design, delivery and installation of solar installations and Part 2 - Design, delivery and installation of solar installations
Design, delivery and installation of photovoltaic installationsPart 1: Design, delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations, including:
1. Conducting a technical audit (local vision) for each location,
2. Execution of design documentation for each location,
3. Appropriate design and calculation of the cross-section of laid wires (calculations include in the design and as-built documentation); design the use of UV-resistant conductors in sunlit places,
4. Conducting the required consultations, obtaining the required consent and permits (including fire protection arrangements),
5. Adherence to the installation guidelines of the devices contained in the documentation,
6. Installation of photovoltaic panels with fittings,
7. Installation of photovoltaic panels taking into account:
• tilt angle of photovoltaic panels — an optimal tilt angle must be used, invariant for panel exposure throughout the year,
• azimuth angle of photovoltaic panels — the optimal angle of azimuth should be applied relative to the south direction, with possible deviation, ensuring the required efficiency and efficient operation of photovoltaic installations on a year-round scale,
• PV shading — in order to avoid unnecessary effects of shading, the location of photovoltaic panels should be analysed at the assembly stage so that the devices are located accordingly far from obstacles and elements which potentially, even in the future, may be an element shading (e.g. growing trees),
8. Complement the cavities of walls, ceilings and floors, repair of plaster, facade and its warming, sealing of roofing material after conducting passages,
9. Making possible modifications of assumptions only in agreement with the investor, if this will lead to better utilization of the technical capabilities created by the scheduled equipment for assembly,
10. Making possible modifications, configuration of the designed wiring so as to lead to optimal use of the technical capabilities posed by the scheduled installation of the device,
11. Any derogations from the documentation will be agreed with the investor's representative,
12. Any problems should be signalled to the investor's representative and, after termination, documented by the application of modifications in a copy of the as-built documentation,
13. User training,
14. Drawing up or submission of instructions for use,
15. Passage of warranty cards,
16. Drawing up, obtaining user signatures and submission of complete application documents of the photovoltaic microinstallation (Application/Document of installation of connection of microinstallations to ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A., when the installed power of the microinstallation is not a power supply. higher than existing attachment power specified for this energy attachment point),
17. Monitoring the status of the submitted notification at least until the microinstallations are attached to the power grid (if necessary, the development of amendments for the submitted application documents),
18. Preparation of as-built documentation.
Design, Delivery and Installation of Solar InstallationsPart 2: Design, delivery and installation of solar installations, including:
1. Conducting a technical audit (local vision) for each location,
2. Execution of design documentation for each location and obtaining the required arrangements, consent and permits required by law,
3. Installation of solar collectors with fittings,
4. Installation startup,
5. User training,
6. Drawing up a user manual and providing it to users,
7. Replenishment of wall cavities, ceilings, sealing of roofing material after conducting passages,
8. Execution of as-built documentation.
