The subject of the contract is the development of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate where the inhabitants of the Stare Babice commune live in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469 with późn.zm), in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 - municipal waste from the area of the Stare Babice commune

The subject of the contract is the development of real estate collected from the owners on which the residents of the Stare Babice commune live in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469 with późn.zm.), in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 - municipal waste from the area of the Stare Babice commune, i.e. waste:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

2) glass;

3) spent batteries and batteries;

4) worn tyres;

5) hazardous waste;

6) chemicals;

7) expired and superfluous medications;

8) furniture and large-sized waste;

9) plastics;

10) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;

11) paper;

12) Multi-aerial waste;

13) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste;

14) metals;

15) wood;

16) textiles;

17) waste produced during household injections (used needles, syringes);

18) Ashes

19) biowaste.
