The subject of the contract is the service entitled Provision of geodetic services for conducting proceedings in the field of regulation of the legal status of real estate, covered by or related to the A1, A4 road lanes, statutory real estate.

As part of the Subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged, successively, according to the needs of the Contracting Entity, on the basis of a written order,

to prepare and provide the Ordering Party with appropriate documentation proving the performance of activities hereinafter referred to as "Studies" or separately "Studies", covering the following scope:

1) Execution of real estate divisions (without a preliminary division project, with obtaining a division decision and stabilization of borders),

2) Execution of preliminary projects of real estate division (in consultation with the client),

3) Resumption of property boundaries (completed with the signing of the protocol, acceptance of the report to the ODGK and stabilization of border points),

4) Showing boundaries in the field,

5) Stabilization in the area of the road lane boundaries,

6) Preparation of lists of land changes in order to change the use,

7) Consolidation of plots in the road lane

As a result of the activities referred to in points 1) to 7), documentation is created, hereinafter referred to as "Studies".
