1.The object of the order is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located within the city of Nowy Sącz and their landscaping.

2.The subject of the order shall cover its scope:

2.1.the collection of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants do not reside and municipal waste is created;

2.2.organizing and conducting on the territory of Nowy Sącz from 1 January 2022. 1 (one) of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) and the collection and development of municipal waste collected in the PSZOK

3.For a detailed description of the item of the order, see the Specification of the Order Terms, hereinafter referred to as the “specification”.

1.The Contracting Authority shall indicate the estimated quantity:

1.1.waste received from before the property, i.e. “at source”:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (coded 20 03 01), amounting to 20 000 Mg/year;

(b) biowaste (designated by codes 20 02 01, 20 01 08) — in quantity of 5 500 Mg/year;

(c) furniture and other large-sized waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres (coded 16 01 03, 20 01 21, 20 01 23, 20 01 35, 20 01 36, 20 03 07), in quantity of 2,000 Mg/year;

(d) construction and demolition waste (subgroup 17 01, 17 04, 17 06, 17 09) - in an amount of 2 400 Mg/year;

(e) other municipal waste selectively collected (waste of groups 15 and 20 (including hazardous waste) not specified in points a to (d) - in quantity 4 100 Mg/year

1.2.waste taken in PSZOK

(a) biowaste — 90 Mg/year;

(b) furniture and other large-sized waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres — in the amount of 310 Mg/year;

(c) construction and demolition waste - in the amount of 320 Mg/year;

(d) other municipal waste selectively harvested at an amount of 40 Mg/year.

The projected maximum amount of municipal waste that the Contractor will be obliged to collect from the territory of Nowy Sącz during the period of execution of the object of the contract is 34,760 Mg/year, including the estimated amount of waste delivered to the Selective Waste Collections Point is 760 Mg/year. The data indicated are ancillary information to determine the value of the contract, but are not binding to the Contractor and may not be a basis for financial claims for that respect.

1.3. bags for selective waste collection which the Contractor will be obliged to provide in the implementation of the service:

(a) the average annual amount of bags with BIO inscription — 600 000,

(b) the average annual quantity of bags with the inscription PAPIER — 220 000,

(c) the average annual amount of bags with the inscription SCHOOL — 110 000,

(d) the average annual amount of bags with the inscription METAL, ART FACE — 450 000,

The quantities given above are the quantities estimated by the Ordering Party, as the projected number of bags that will be given to the residents of the City. The Contractors shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party if the number of bags which will eventually be ordered by the Ordering Party is different than the quantities given above.

2.The contractor carrying out the subject of the contract shall be obliged to transfer unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste collected from the town site to municipal installations (as referred to in Article 35 (6) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, (text. Journal of Laws of 2021 poz.779 of late.). In view of the above at the latest on the date of conclusion of the contract, it will be obliged to document that it has its own installation for the development of received from the city area in/in municipal waste or that it has concluded agreements with installations to which unsegregated (mixed) waste will be transferred municipal from the area of Nowy Sącz city.

3.The contractor shall have a storage and transport base for the duration of the order to comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for receiving municipal waste from owners real estate (Journal of Laws 2013, item 122) and the Customer Service Office located in Nowy Sącz, open from north to 15:00, with the provision that it must have two independent fixed telephone lines, and will provide the possibility of contact electronically.

4.At the latest on the date of conclusion of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to present the authorisation for the collection of waste referred to in point 4 of Chapter XVI of the specification.
