A) Delivery of standard software for optimized processing of all activities that occur in the area of play and leisure facilities. A city license (= unlimited license) is provided indefinitely for a one-time fee. In addition, 90 mobile licenses are required (temporary transfer if necessary, if these are not included in the city license),
B) adaptation of the software to the requirements of the AG including the interfaces,
C) To make the system operational:
- the installation and configuration of the application in the infrastructure of the AG;
- Integration into the existing system landscape, commissioning of the interfaces;
- Execution of performance, load and developer test, early live support.
D) performing data migration from the existing data,
E) system documentation,
F) training.

G) Support services until acceptance:
Support services for further development and project management up to the complete acceptance of the system (demand position without entitlement to acceptance), in particular coordination of the cooperation with the overall project management of the AG
H) Service and maintenance / support
Maintenance and operation of the software for 4 years with the possibility of an optional extension for a further 4 years.
I) Support services for the contract period after acceptance (demand item without entitlement to acceptance): Optimizations and extensions of the business processes and requirements in the system (approx. 20 PT annually)
