In order to obtain the service of software packaging, LUKS would like to conclude a framework agreement for the flexible assignment of software packaging orders as required. This framework agreement should enable LUKS to build up and gradually expand the software packaging service with the evaluated service provider over the next few years.

The supplier is to work out an efficient procurement process for the existing and future needs of software packages. For the description of the corresponding process contents and for the quality assurance of the software packages created by the supplier, LUKS would like to conclude an SLA with the supplier.
