The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund needs to enter into a time and resource saving contract with one provider for cleaning services for our office in Ørsta. The contract shall cover our requirements for qualified cleaning services. The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund in Ørsta shall be relocated to new premises in April 2019. The scheduled moving in process is in the middle of April. The exact date for initiating the contract will depend on the final relocation date.

The assignment includes the cleaning of the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund's premises in Vikegata 25. There is a total area of approx. 766 m2 that shall be cleaned regularly. Since the premises are subject to renovation works, the stated square metres may deviate. Number of employees: 28.

The estimated annual contract value is 200 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The total contract value for a 4 year period is approx. 800 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The figures are based on the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund's cleaning costs for the current premises. Since the new premises are slightly smaller, the estimate is only instructive and it does not represent any obligations for the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund.
