The reason for the tender is the need of the municipality of Waddinxveen for an expansion of its social real estate in Park Vredenburgh with a primary school cbs TOV (size approx. 2,574 m2 GFA), childcare (size approx. 420 m2 GFA) and Post (para)medical services (size approx. 250 m2 GFA). The client aims to contract an integral design team for the elaboration of the technical program of Requirements, Preliminary Design and in a construction team of a Final and Execution-ready design.
