The award of works are to enable the fit-out of the unoccupied part of Coonagh Cross Shopping Centre for education use by Limerick Institute of Technology. The works will include repairs and completion of underground services; modifications and completions to roads, paths, and car parks; landscaping works; repair works and modifications to the external envelope, structure and substructure; construction of a walled vehicle yard; construction of a small extension to the shopping centre, for future fit-out; and miscellaneous related works.

The total cost of the works is likely to be in the range of 3 000 000 EUR to 4 000 000 EUR excluding VAT.
