The assignment includes the provision of cleaning maintenance (daily, periodic and directing), sanitation and glass cleaning. The Client wishes to conclude an agreement with one Contractor which has offered the best price/quality ratio by means of a public European tender.

The work is spread across 15 locations of the Client. The surfaces look like this:

• 19,364.04 m2 of floor space;

• 11,876 m2 facade glass (inside and outside);

• 4,284 m2 separating glass (double sided);

• 568 m2 of roof glass.
