Cleaning of all schools and the RENN4 head office, outside school hours, according to the work program, window cleaning and floor maintenance, while offering flexibility in service provision at the various locations.

Internships must also be offered at the RENN4 special education locations for children (cluster 3) with appropriate guidance for trainees.

With proper guidance is meant: giving guidance to the work that needs to be done together with a teacher. This can be done on location by a foreman / man.

The 15 RENN4 locations (more than 2 300 pupils and 570 staff in total) are located in the provinces of Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe.

The scope of the assignment can be defined by the number of square meters of floor area to be cleaned. As stated in the previous section, there is cleaning of 15 locations. In total it concerns 29 068.87 square meters. In addition to the regular daily and periodic cleaning activities, annual floor maintenance, annual window cleaning and on-call (specialist) cleaning services must be carried out. Window washing is defined by the number of square meters of glass to be washed.
