The purpose of the contract is the supply of digital color orthophotos with a resolution of 0.25 m, over the whole of Wallonia, and intermediate and derivative products including aerial shots, quick-orthos, a Digital Surface Model,... Basic offer to which several mandatory options are added.

The purpose of the contract is the supply of digital color orthophotos with a resolution of 0.25 m, over the whole of Wallonia (18240 square km), for which the aerial shots are taken between 1/03 and 15/09 of the year of the order and must enable the acquisition area to be covered twice: coverage during the non-vegetative period ( referred to as “Winter” below) and the other during the vegetative period (referred to as “Summer” below).

The contract provides for up to 3 orders (2022, 2023 and 2024) for which the basic offer and mandatory options are as follows.

The basic offer includes the following positions:

Item 1: providing raw images (LVL3) Winter and Summer.

Item 2: supply of winter quick-orthos

Position 3: supply of Quick-Ortho Summer

Item 4: Provision of Full Correction 32-bit digital orthophotos (8 bits per channel) in true color (RGB) as well as an additional channel in the near infrared (IR), with a resolution of 0.25 m. These orthos are made on the basis of summer aerial shots.

Item 5: providing a Digital Surface Model (DSM) with a resolution of up to 1 m, consistent with orthophotos.

Item 6: supply of FGDB compiled throughout Wallonia in 1972 Belgian Lambert projection.

This contract also includes several mandatory options:

Mandatory option 1: provision of a correction grid for the aerotriangulation of quick-orthos Winter

Mandatory option 2: provision of full correction 32-bit winter digital orthophotos (8 bits per channel) in true color (RGB) as well as an additional channel in the near infrared (IR), with a resolution of 0.25 m. These orthos are made on the basis of winter aerial shots.

Mandatory option 3: provision of a quick-ortho summer aerotriangulation correction grid

Mandatory option 4: supply of station 6 products re-projected in Belgian Lambert 2008

Mandatory option 5 includes the transfer of ownership of the deliverables to the SPW (n°5a) or the co-ownership of the deliverables with the SPW (n°5b)
